Tasting:
Its appearance beholds to the eye a good, spirited shine with pale, yellow tones. A still glass of Stelvio Blanco unfolds in its full, aromatic expression as pure grape. Upon swirling the glass, the aroma changes to that of white, balsamic flowers. Without a doubt, the burst of fruity flavor always thrives immediately. It has a juicy presence in the mouth with a persistently good degree of freshness. After its fine and friendly pass through the mouth, posterior scents of apples and pears, along with a marked fresh herbal flavor are left. A spot of bitterness lasts between sips, prolonging the Stelvio Blanco’s enjoyable presence.
